  4. Print and Sign the Acceptable Use Policy Sign Off Page. Your child will need to bring this signed form in order to receive a district device.

As stated in the Technology Handbook, the District has purchased insurance for your child’s mobile device; however, the District recommends parents purchase THEFT insurance coverage for your child’s device. Please review the Flyer below for information as well as the link to purchase directly.
