Counseling Department’s Mission Statement
The mission of the East Meadow School Counseling Department is to provide support, information, and resources through a comprehensive developmental school counseling program that meets the social, emotional, and academic needs of all students.  This is also accomplished through collaboration with all members of the school community to empower students to become productive, successful citizens and life-long learners in a diverse and changing world.

Counseling Department’s Vision Statement
The vision of the East Meadow School Counseling Department is that, through advocacy, character development, and enriched academic curricula, students graduating from the East Meadow School District will be college and/or career ready with the life skills to be compassionate, resilient, contributing members of a diverse and changing global society.
