First graders at Bowling Green Elementary School in East Meadow shared lots of love with their parents and teachers on Valentine’s Day during the school's 10th annual Poetry Recital.
Ms. Rhonda Cohen’s class paired with Ms. Lauren Kani’s class in the school’s all-purpose room for this event. Students cheerfully shared a selection of thoughtful poems to spread love throughout the school. Additionally, each student shared what they love to do and who they love to spend time with.
