The East Meadow PTA Council recognized the district’s talented students of the National Art Honor Society during the Board of Education’s Feb. 5 board meeting at the Salisbury School.
PTA Council President Tracy Rudd proudly presented certificates of appreciation to the National Art Honor Society students who contributed to the creation of the PTA's 2024 Unity Day theme mural, “Be the "I" in Kind.”
“Their creativity and dedication brought the mural to life, embodying the spirit of kindness and unity in our community,” Ms. Rudd said.
The district would like to commend our dedicated art students for their efforts of spreading unity throughout the East Meadow school community
