On Friday, November 17th, First Graders at Bowling Green celebrated the end of their CKLA Domain: Different Lands, Similar Stories. In this domain, students took trips to many different countries and read many different folktales along the way. Many main characters in these folktales were tiny but mighty, just like first graders. Together, the tiny but mighty first graders painted fall trees, using their thumb as leaves, to honor Tom Thumb from England and Issun Boshi: One-Inch Boy from Japan!
