Fabulous evening at NMEA Honor Your Administrator Dinner at The Heritage Club. East Meadow was strong in attendance showing how much we all value our music programs. It was an honor to be there to recognize the Farmingdale Music department and staff as well.

Yogi Beans was here today to address our Red Ribbon theme of “Be Kind to Your Mind." The body-mind-heart tools of yoga and mindfulness are inherently noncompetitive and highly personal. Children experienced techniques that can offer proven methods of managing physical, mental and emotional stress and aid in better study habits, discipline and concentration.
