East Meadow High School

This summer, EMHS AOF students who earned Multimedia Career & Technical Education (CTE) diploma endorsements, qualified as New York State Microsoft Office Specialist Champions. Alexandra Occhiuto & Zihan Sun competed in Orlando, Florida with Alexandra winning First Place and becoming a gold medal winner at Nationals. She was then eligible to compete in the all-expense-paid MOS World Championship. So proud of our students and all our business teachers who had over 150 plus exams passed this year allowing many students to become Microsoft Office Specialists (MOS), with several students gaining multiple certifications. This is the 2nd consecutive year EMHS has had a National MOS winner.
