On Jan. 26, several members of the East Meadow High School and Woodland Middle School Jazz Ensembles performed in the annual Nassau-Suffolk Performing Arts Winter Concert.
East Meadow’s students were selected to perform in the Nassau-Suffolk Youth Jazz Band, Jazz Band, and Jazz Ensemble based on solo auditions and ability level. These ensembles, comprised of outstanding student musicians from across Long Island, meet weekly and are led by esteemed educators from across Long Island.
The East Meadow School District would like to commend all student musicians on a fantastic concert.
