The East Meadow Board of Education recognized the district’s Terrific Kids during its April 17 board meeting at the Salisbury School. 

W.T. Clarke Middle School Principal Elizabeth Dowling and Woodland Middle School Principal Kristi Detor announced the Terrific Kids from their respective schools for the months of December, January, February and March. Terrific Kids is a student recognition program sponsored by the East Meadow Kiwanis Club that promotes character development, self-esteem and perseverance.   

The district would like to congratulate all of the recipients.
