Today was an extra special day for our 5th grade. The Viscardi Ambassadors came to visit and speak with our students in 5th grade. They even made time to join some for lunch. We were beyond grateful for this experience.










Bowling Green honors all Veterans today and everyday. We thank you for your service.







Grade 3 Bingo was so much fun tonight! Thank you to the PTA for organizing a great night for our students. Thank you to our fantastic third grade team for being there tonight.









Honored to be honored at the Nassau Music Educators Association's Honor your Administrator Night. Our music department is incredible and we are thankful for them everyday!



Halloween Fun!!!











Mrs. Gibbs' First Graders learned all about pumpkins! We read books about pumpkins and had a chance to look inside a real pumpkin! We also designed a jack o' lantern face for Mrs. Gibbs to carve.


Trunk or Treat with our grade 5 students and staff was a blast tonight!! So much creativity and effort went into this evening. Thank you to all that participated. Our students had so much fun!!











Students in Miss Duffy and Miss McClain’s class worked together to create ghosts for Halloween!







Today the students in grades K-2 enjoyed a Taking Pride Magic Show Assembly related to Red Ribbon Week themes. The assembly was brought to us by our PTA. Thank you!






Food Truck Fridays at Bowling Green are always a hit. Thank you to our PTA for organizing this wonderful community event.






Students in Grades K-2 participated in fire prevention assemblies today. Our fire department representatives came to speak to the students and show them the equipment used by the fire department.










Today, Unity Day, we showed our support for safe and supportive schools by wearing orange as a visual representation of the importance of kindness, acceptance and inclusion.

Everyday is a fairytale in second grade! Today was especially fun as we celebrated the end of our fairytale/tall tale units in CKLA.








Our book fair is off to a great start! Thank you to our PTA for providing this wonder experience! The children are very excited to shop.








It's the first School Spirit Day of the year!! We love Bowling Green!






Our ENL teachers hosted an ENL orientation where parents and students were invited in to learn about Bowling Green, meet our ENL staff and ask questions.
