First grade did a culminating activity for their Early American Civilizations Unit. Students rotated to various hands-on stations and had so much fun!





Ms. Gallo-Ward's class was caught reading with their teepees by the cozy fire.

Our 2nd Graders are enjoying a program called, Submerge Storytelling. Students take on important roles in a realm to use evidence and draw conclusions about things they uncover in Trevor's room.


Our 4th graders experienced a program called, Journeys Into American Indian Territory. They had hands-on workshops throughout the day and explored the native peoples of the Eastern Woodlands and Plains.

We express our gratitude to our community for donating to our annual Food Drive. Thank you to our amazing PE team for organizing.


Last night, this group of Brownies volunteered their time to sort all the food donations from our Turkey Trot Food Drive. Thank you Troop 1393.

This week we witnessed East Meadow's finest 1st Grade Surgeons working diligently on culminating activities for their Human Body unit. Thank you, Mr. Rosner, Mr. Lukasik, Ms. Lashin & Ms.Betz for being part of this experience in the OR.
